Job Purpose: To manage and coordinate the submission and lifecycle of commercial electricity, gas, and water contracts to energy provider portals across the UK.
The role includes overseeing contact centre operations relating to commercial energy customers, ensuring compliance, timely contract renewals, and maintaining effective relationships with providers and internal departments.
Main Duties and Responsibilities: * Contract Submission Management: Oversee and execute the accurate digital submission of utility contracts (electricity, gas, water) for commercial customers through energy provider portals. * Contact Centre Oversight: Supervise and support contact centre functions, ensuring prompt response to customer queries and coordination with energy suppliers. * Contract Review & Compliance: Review all contract terms and verify that data aligns with company and regulatory requirements before submission. * Record Management: Maintain secure and well-organised electronic records of all submitted contracts, correspondence, and client data. * Lifecycle Monitoring: Track contract start, expiration, and renewal dates, ensuring proactive renewal processes to avoid service disruption. * Provider Liaison: Act as the primary contact for resolving portal issues, data discrepancies, or contractual disputes with utility companies. * Internal Communication:
Share up-to-date contract statuses with internal departments (e.g., sales, finance, account management) to facilitate coordinated service delivery. * Process Improvement: Contribute to improving internal systems, digital workflows, and contact centre processes for better efficiency and customer service.
